Kitchen & Dining Room

Large appliances—Clean the exterior of the fridge, stovetop, oven & hood range, dishwasher, and microwave
- Interior of microwave and dishwasher included
- Quarterly interior oven cleaning: Please run the self-cleaning cycle 24 hours before arrival
Kitchen cabinet degrease treatment
- Includes all exteriors of cabinets, backsplash, and handles
- Interior wipe-out clean (drawers/cabinets must be cleared out before arrival)
Clean & disinfect countertops
Clean & disinfect sink
Clean the dining room table, and dust all chair and bar stool legs
Complete all room tasks when applicable

All Rooms

Remove all cobwebs
Dust all surfaces: light fixtures, windowsills, baseboards, vents, light switches, doorknobs, blinds, and ceiling fans
- Within 2-step ladder reach with 5-ft duster extender
- Followed by wipe-down of most dusted areas with Magic Eraser for marks
Spot clean doors and walls as needed
Vacuum with carpet deodorizer & mop flooring
Polish stainless-steel and wood fixtures
Empty trash bins and replace liners
Kitchen trash / recycling
NOT included—maid services

Half Bathroom

Clean & disinfect countertops
Clean & disinfect sink
Clean mirror & dust light bar
Clean & disinfect the toilet inside & out
Clean the exterior of all cabinet handles, and wipe out interiors clean
- Drawers/cabinets must be cleared out before arrival
Complete all room tasks when applicable

Main Bathroom

Clean & disinfect countertops
Clean & disinfect sink
Clean mirror & dust light bar
Clean & disinfect the toilet inside & out
Clean & disinfect shower/tub
- Removing moderate to extreme soap scum and bathroom buildup
- Removing moderate to extreme hard water stains on glass & faucets
Clean the exterior of all cabinet handles, and wipe out interiors clean
- Emptied-out cabinetry described previously
Complete all room tasks when applicable

ADD ON SERVICES

Window treatment includes cleaning interior of windows/sills, frame & tracks

Fridge/freezer interior includes completely pulling out everything to clean, dry, and placed back
